1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at ajwn.co or engaging AJWN Consulting for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

AJWN Consulting provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, social media marketing, Google Business Profile management, and digital strategy consulting.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to project commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and assets required for service delivery
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and information within agreed timelines
• Ensure they hold rights to any content or materials provided to AJWN Consulting for use
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
• Provide account access (social media, Google, website) as required for service delivery

4. Payment Terms

Monthly services are invoiced on the 1st of each month and due within 7 days of invoice. Project-based work follows the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion or launch).

Late payments may result in a pause of services. Accounts 30+ days past due may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for services already rendered within the current billing period.

For project-based work, the initial deposit is non-refundable if the project has commenced. If the client cancels a project mid-delivery, payment is due for all work completed to the cancellation date.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., completed website design and code). AJWN Consulting retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All proprietary methodologies, tools, templates, and processes used by AJWN Consulting remain the intellectual property of AJWN Consulting.

7. Results Disclaimer

AJWN Consulting does not guarantee specific results such as particular search engine rankings, follower counts, ad performance metrics, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, client website quality, competition, and algorithm changes outside our control.

We commit to professional, good-faith effort using proven strategies and transparent reporting throughout each engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJWN Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid to AJWN Consulting in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
