With 24/7 monitoring, we catch and fix any potential issues, ensuring your website remains accessible to your audience at all times.

  • Ideal for: Occasional updates without a monthly commitment.

Base-Hour Service Plans

Our Maintenance Plans already come with TWO included base-hours each month and discounted rates for additional support, but you can opt to increase the amount of monthly hours by adding them to your monthly maintenance plan ahead of time as prepaid base-hours.

Compare to On-Demand Updates

  • Standard Rate: $100 per hour (minimum 1 hour, then 30-min increments)
  • Included Hours: 0
  • Ideal for: Occasional updates without a monthly commitment.

With an active Maintenance Plan

  • Included Hours: 2 hours per month
  • Discounted Rate for Base Hours: $60 per hour (prepaid, monthly recurring)
  • Excess Hours Rate: $80 per hour ($100 per hour)

With an active Maintenance Plan + 2 Base Hours

    • Example:
      • Monthly Cost: $150 (2 hours included with Basic Maintenance)
      • With 2 Additional Base Hours: $120 per month (at $60/per hour)
      • Total: $270 per month
      • Additional Base Hours Rate: $60 per hour

    Ideal for: Small businesses needing regular updates and maintenance at a discounted rate.

    If you exceed your included hours on a maintenance plan (Basic or Premium), additional work is only $80 per hour. For more predictable budgeting, establish a prepaid base-hour plan at $60 per hour. For example, with the Basic Maintenance Plan, you get 4 hours per month for just $270. The Premium Plan offers even greater value at $370 for 4 hours per month.

    Need even more hours? Simply add them at the discounted rate of $60 per hour, paid at the beginning of each month.
